We kindly inform you that from 1 October 2025, the opening hours of the Customer Service Points in Mysłowice and Balice will change:
- on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, these points will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- on Tuesdays and Thursdays, these points will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- online customer service will be available every working day from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
