We refund the PLN 50 deposit for A4Go on-board devices

We would like to inform you that all customers who paid a deposit of PLN 50 per A4Go on-board unit are now eligible for a refund. You do not need to return the device; you can continue to use the A4Go electronic toll collection service.
Simply:
- Log in to your account on the A4Go.pl
- Click on the tab: My Account → New Request.
- Select the request type: Collective Deposit Refund.
- Select the bank account type: Domestic or International.
- Fill in the bank transfer details: bank name and account number (for companies, this must be a business account).
If all the details required for the refund are correct, the refund should be processed shortly.
Documents: Once the deposit has been refunded, you will receive corrective invoices.
