From 2 January 2026, change of the mode and hours of operation of the Customer Service Point

We kindly inform that from 2 January 2026, the mode and hours of operation of the Customer Service Point will change.

Stationary customer service will only be provided at the Customer Service Point in BALICE, Krakowska 104, 32-083 Balice:

• on Mondays from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
• from Tuesday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

On-line customer service will be provided from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
