Implementation of the National e-Invoice System

Dear Customers,

We kindly inform you that in order to comply with the new legal requirements related to the introduction of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF), and also with a view to streamlining our internal sales processes, starting from 1 February 2026 Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. will issue and make available invoices/corrective invoices exclusively through KSeF, i.e. in electronic form as provided for in the regulations governing KSeF, regardless of the status or entity of the purchaser.

With regard to electronic toll collection A4Go, this uniform approach will apply to all invoices/corrective invoices issued on the basis of:

• THE RULES FOR PURCHASING AT CUSTOMER SERVICE POINTS AND USING ‘A4Go’ ON-BOARD DEVICES, or
• REGULATIONS FOR REMOTE PURCHASES AND USE OF ‘A4Go’ ON-BOARD DEVICES

Visualisations of invoices/corrective invoices relating to the ‘A4Go’ electronic toll collection system, issued and made available via KSeF, will be made available in PDF format within the Customer Account on the Customer Internet Service (as defined in the above-mentioned regulations) at www.a4go.pl
